3 x Large bedrooms with King Sized Beds, Smart TV’s, plenty of hanging wardrobe space & draws.
1 x Double bedroom with a Double Bed and Smart TV
Large fully equipped Kitchen
Large dining area with a table & bench for 8 people that leads onto the large secluded private garden and patio area.
Lounge and sitting area with a large smart TV
Separate dining area with large table and chairs for a more formal and occasion dining setting.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire large character house 5 minutes from Sandbanks. With exclusive access to the secluded patio area and large grassed garden. Parking is available for 2 cars, 3 cars at a push all dependant on the size of the vehicles so I do not guarantee all 3 cars just incase.
Other things to note
Parties are not permitted at my property.
The property can accommodate two cars on the driveway and I have been able to park 3 cars all dependant on the size of the cars! so I only guarantee 2 car parking spaces.
There is a Beryl Bike area 1 minute walk from the property.
