Full Management
We have flexible rent guarantee leases where we can fully manage your property for an agreed amount and take care of everything. We also offer a 12 month rental guarantee meaning Landlords can be anywhere is in the world with the peace of mind that their properties are being taken care of properly, with no hidden costs and unexpected invoices for an agreed monthly amount. The length of the lease would need to be a minimum of 24 months and the property needs to be vacant.

Landlord option 2
Management
If you would like to be more involved in the management of your property we can manage your property for you for an agreed commission fee. We can manage your property for a management fee of 16-20% depending on property and its location, for a minimum for 6 months.
